Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for our property's telephone system, managing professional communication and call routing for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct incoming calls efficiently to appropriate departments and personnel through the property's telephone system
- Provide professional, courteous customer service while handling all incoming calls with appropriate etiquette and protocol
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols to ensure proper response coordination
- Handle emergency communications effectively, coordinating with security and maintenance teams to address urgent situations
Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in telephone switchboard operations, multi-line phone systems, or customer service
- Strong English language proficiency required; Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Proven ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to remain seated and maintain focus throughout assigned shift
- Must obtain and maintain all required certifications and licenses for the position
