The Wealth Advisor is responsible for managing existing client relationships, formulating and implementing advice, and will begin to develop new client relationships. This position will often work with, train and lead other team members in client service delivery. Responsibilities include: data gathering, modeling, case design, scenario building, plan development, and presentation development and delivery. This position will participate in client meetings and often lead delivery of advice. This position will also involve working cross-departmentally with other Boulay Departments to effectively accomplish projects and tasks.

The annual salary range for this position is: $87,000 - $130,000. This salary range reflects the anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending upon an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Individuals may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives, commissions, profit sharing, and more, depending on the role.
