Manager of Software Diagnostics- Warehouse Robotics
We're seeking a Software Manager to lead a team of 5-8 engineers focused on software for hardware diagnostics, calibration, and testing of our Stretch warehouse robot. The Stretch robot is designed to operate autonomously in warehouses and distribution centers. You will be responsible for enhancing and developing new capabilities for automated factory acceptance tests, design validation tests, health checks, and hardware fault management in lab, factory, and field environments.You will be a part of a dynamic team of software engineers that works closely with Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service, Hardware teams, and other Software Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide technical development, including requirements, architecture, design/code reviews, testing, and integration.
Contribute to roadmap and planning activities.
Manage team task prioritization, progress tracking, and communication.
Mentor team members, managing performance and career development.
Requirements:
BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on software development in a production environment.
2+ years in an engineering management or technical lead role, providing day-to-day guidance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor software engineers
Knowledge of robot hardware components.
