Responsibilities: Lead and support a distributed team of software engineers, oversee software development lifecycle, manage project delivery, and promote team growth and collaboration.
Skills: Strong leadership in software engineering, expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, software design patterns, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications: 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in management, degree in computer science or equivalent experience; proficiency in Node.js, React, MySQL/Postgres, Kafka, or PHP is a bonus.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
