Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies (Azure, Entra, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Windows Server).
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts (PowerShell, CLI utilities) to improve support operations.
- Analyze recurring issues, document root causes, and recommend/process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support the transition from ServiceNow to Dynamics 365 and maintain an extensive technical knowledge base.
- Assist planning and support of virtual and occasional in-person community events, including escalations and off-hours needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and stakeholder communication.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., Azure, Identity)
