Skills

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports.
- Maintain and improve financial and operational tools (Xero, Harvest, Airtable, Google Workspace, Asana); identify automation opportunities.
- Partner with engagement managers and practice area directors to monitor budgets, burn rates, staffing models, and compensation.
- Manage payroll, accounting workflows, contract and expense tracking; maintain internal controls and support audit readiness.
- Document, streamline, and evolve recurring workflows such as payroll, invoicing, and contracting as the organization scales.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus but not required.
