I am a dedicated and experienced leader who has navigated a 17-year journey in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), turning challenges into strengths and fostering environments where everyone can thrive. Embracing my neurodiversity, I've leveraged AI and other technologies as powerful tools to not only manage personal challenges but also to enhance my professional endeavors. As an openly Queer, BIPOC and community member, my unique perspective fuels my unwavering passion for universal inclusivity and innovation in talent acquisition strategies, driving organizational transformation towards inclusive, diverse, and high-performing cultures.
