Skills
- Proficiency with Docker and Linux environments
- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure management
- Scripting skills in PowerShell or Unix shell scripting
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Loki, or CloudWatch
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like GitHub Actions
- Development experience in Microsoft, Linux, or cloud environments
- Experience orchestrating data pipelines using Airflow
- Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DMS, and RDS
Responsibilities
- Monitor, administer and deploy data workflows and systems
- Proactively handle incidents and ensure timely solutions
- Perform On-call duties
- Manage a data platform hosted on AWS
- Manage application deployments and configurations
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate and build monitoring, logging and deployment tools
- Identify and solve data quality issues in batch and real-time pipelines
- Ensure availability and performance of systems and databases
- Provide solutions to improve bottlenecks and database issues
