Responsibilities
- Conduct independent market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and relevant startups in FinTech and PropTech
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback across teams into clear narratives and opportunity briefs
- Support investment diligence with company profiles, technology summaries, and competitive benchmarking
- Lead discovery conversations with internal stakeholders and external founders to surface workflows and pain points
- Prepare and present insights and trend updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Coordinate sourcing, vetting, and due diligence processes with legal, procurement, risk, and security teams
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, founder meetings, and internal insight-gathering interviews
- Participate in due diligence for target market spaces and startups and perform ad-hoc analyses as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Graduate degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
