Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Benchling’s small molecule R&D solution.
- Prioritize features based on market opportunity, customer needs, and measurable business impact.
- Own go-to-market strategy and coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Engage with customers and field teams to understand scientific workflows, pain points, and trends.
- Translate domain insights into scalable, intuitive software experiences that integrate across Benchling’s platform.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule and track product KPIs.
- Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant discipline preferred but not required
