Overview
We are seeking analysts to join our 2026 Debt Analyst Class. As a part of our Analyst Program, you will work in Bellwether’s debt platform and will be responsible for supporting the asset management team in preserving and creating value in the existing portfolio. Our four-week robust training program provides instruction in financial modeling, fund-level reporting, underwriting debt investments, utilization of CRE software (e.g., Argus, Yardi, etc.) and more. You will also work alongside the investment team in the origination, underwriting and execution of real estate debt-related investment opportunities across various property types. Throughout the program, analysts play an integral role in supporting the team by maintaining complex financial analyses, evaluating monthly operating reports and interacting directly with sponsors through leasing calls. Analysts are dynamic team players with strong integrity and the ability to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
