Front-End Tech Lead (TypeScript / Vue / React)

We’re now looking for a Front-End Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead front-end development across key initiatives, shape the UI architecture, and help deliver beautiful, performant user experiences. • Architect, build, and maintain modern, scalable front-end applications using JavaScript (ES6+), Vue.js or React.
• Own the front-end development lifecycle from design and prototyping through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect features and responsive, accessible UIs.
• Drive consistency and quality across the codebase, including reusable component libraries and front-end design systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead front-end best practices in code quality, performance, testing, and tooling.
• Guide the front-end strategy and contribute to architectural decisions that support long-term scalability.
• Work closely with overseas engineering teams to ensure alignment and continuous delivery.

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping front-end applications at scale.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript, with deep knowledge of either Vue.js or React.
• Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Vuex, Redux, Zustand, or Pinia).
• Proficiency in front-end performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and working closely with backend teams on integration.
• Demonstrated success leading projects and collaborating across disciplines and time zones.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

• Experience working with TypeScript and component testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools like Vite, Webpack, or Rollup.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for front-end apps.
• Previous work with international teams or gaming platforms is a plus.
