What Will Make You Successful
2+ years of experience building user-facing web applications, or equivalent experience through internships, projects, or coursework.
Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web standards (HTML/CSS).
Familiarity with asynchronous frontend patterns and working with APIs or data streams.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability.
