Responsibilities
- Lead a division focused on Payroll Services, overseeing multiple teams and engineering managers
- Coach and mentor engineering managers and technical leaders regularly
- Collaborate with Product Design, Product Management, QA, IT, architects, and platform teams to deliver solutions
- Set and drive accountability for sprint goals and quarterly OKRs
- Champion and integrate AI engineering practices into development and product features
- Prioritize technical/architectural work and partner on platform-level solutions
- Participate in hiring and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Advocate company values and support a healthy, sustainable engineering culture
Education
- Relevant technical training or equivalent practical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
