Key Role:
Support counterintelligence functions, including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional or technical services for an intelligence community (IC) agency. Use your deep understanding of counterintelligence and technical security and signals countermeasures (TSSC), and provide technical CI advice to senior leaders across the division through education, awareness, and training. Identify potential TSSC initiatives through the evaluation of open-source and classified research, reporting, and working groups. Produce high-quality intelligence products for senior leadership and divisions. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience within IC TSSC
Knowledge of foreign security and intelligence services, threat organizations, and threats posed to the U.S. Government
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree
Interagency Training Center, Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority, or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience translating government vision into understandable and achievable measures
Ability to coach teammates to achieve objectives
Ability to monitor and track progress towards achievable measures
Master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Graduate of a Federal or DoD CI Training Academy

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
