You Have: 

• 4+ years of experience in large-scale space systems engineering on space vehicles, OPIR payloads, and TT&C subsystems 
• 4+ years of experience working on a space Major Defense Acquisition Program including space, ground, software, and hardware systems
• Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, integration plans and schedules, and inter-service support agreements, or operations acceptance plans 
• Experience with the Mission Operational Test Readiness Certification (MOTRC) or Program Executive Officer (PEO) Certification for operational tests, or Space Flight Worthiness processes
• Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification 
• Ability to identify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with the government and stakeholders to implement recommended solutions 
• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships and integrate with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals 
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with performing operations, systems engineering, integration, or tests on space-based remote sensing systems
• Experience with using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines  
• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02 
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies 
• Ability to identify where data is needed and seek more information
• Possession of strong integration skills
• Possession of strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance 
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or IT 
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
