As a digital transformation architect on our team, you’ll use your expertise to ensure seamless adoption, enhanced efficiency, and optimized performance of crucial infrastructure and civil engineering systems throughout DoD and Government systems by planning, designing, and implementing new technology solutions. You’ll work alongside key stakeholders and other team members to share your expertise on technical ecosystems and implement transformative technology.
In this role, you’ll directly impact the seamless adoption, enhanced efficiency, and optimized performance of crucial infrastructure and civil engineering systems in the DoD by identifying technology needs, gathering requirements, and defining project scope. You'll develop and implement technology integration plans, ensuring compliance with relevant DoD and other Federal standards and security protocols. Provide technical expertise to support innovation throughout the technology lifecycle, including system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Then monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated technologies, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations. Using your experience in government systems, you stay informed about relevant emerging technologies, driving innovation and recommending potential solutions. You Have:
10+ years of experience in technology integration and implementing solutions within a DoD environment
Experience working with DoD or Federal Government systems, processes, or technologies
Experience in software and hardware technologies
Knowledge of network architecture and cybersecurity protocols
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels
Public Trust
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Civil Engineering
Nice If You Have:
Experience with project management methodologies preferred
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience with Agile software development processes
Experience with data integration technologies and techniques
Experience with specific DoD operational environments
Experience in developing operational procedures and documentation
Possession of excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Master's degree in Information Technology or Civil Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
