- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and their practical application.
- Ability to manage global distributed software development teams.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and AWS services like SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, S3.
- Expertise in software architecture, secure coding, and event-driven messaging systems.
- Experience with databases including Oracle, MSSQL, DynamoDB, Aurora, Snowflake, Redshift.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with C-Level executives to drive engineering innovation and accomplish company goals.
- Oversee engineering operations, ensuring productivity, growth, and adherence to product roadmap targets.
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end software engineering and deployment processes.
- Develop and execute strategic plans balancing long-term vision with operational needs.
- Manage high-quality, scalable software product delivery for internal and external clients.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, ticketing operations, and partners to ensure project success.
- Build strategies to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement culture.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse global team promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Translate business objectives into actionable engineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with CTO on technology communications and progress updates.
- Manage seamless operations including incident response and engineering documentation.
- Engage hands-on in software development, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Manage operating budgets and ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
