The Implementation Strategist at AVID will serve as a key liaison between the organization and school districts, facilitating the implementation of the AVID College Readiness System to enhance student success in higher education.
Responsibilities: Support and implement the AVID College Readiness System, provide coaching and consulting services, conduct classroom visits, and facilitate professional development events.
Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills combined with experience in education and data analysis for quality implementation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or related field, minimum 3 years of teaching experience, and familiarity with the AVID framework; professional AVID experience is a plus.
Location: Role based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with up to 50% travel required; primarily remote work when not traveling.
Compensation: $108841 - $138774 / Annually

WHAT IS THE JOB?
The Implementation Strategist acts as the primary liaison between AVID Center, school districts, and specific school sites. The Implementation Strategist facilitates and supports quality and fidelity of implementation, and retention and expansion of the AVID College Readiness System at the district or site level through District Directors and other site/district partners. The Implementation Strategist provides virtual and/or in person services that support districts and sites including, but not limited to: onboarding, consultative coaching, classroom visits, support for the development of the leadership/site teams, data collection procedures, protocols, and analysis as part of creating a system of continuous improvement, and increased access for students, teachers, and administrators to the AVID College Readiness System. The Implementation Strategist has a direct caseload of districts and works with a team to positively impact the AVID College and Career Readiness System across the organization.

Zone 1 (areas characterized by lower labor costs [e.g., Charleston, WV, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Omaha, NE, etc.]): $108,841 annually
Zone 2 (areas with moderate labor costs [e.g., Syracuse, NY, Ann Arbor, MI, Denver, CO, San Diego, CA, etc.]): $117,005 annually
Zone 3 (areas known for high labor costs [e.g., Washington, D.C., Trenton, NJ, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, etc.]): $125,168 annually
Zone 4 (areas with the highest labor costs [e.g., Bridgeport, CT, New York City, NY, San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, etc.]): $138,774 annually
