AVIAN is searching for an Quality Control Specialist Mid/Senior Level join our team providing support to our customer in Panama City Beach, Florida. Responsibilities

• Ability to solve technical problems related to engineering and manufacturing processes

• Training in engineering skills and techniques

• Practical understanding of core engineering concepts

• Ensure that products and manufacturing processes meet established quality and safety standards

• Experience in testing equipment to confirm process effectiveness and safety

• Ability to interpret engineering plans and technical drawings

• Contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens

• Proficiency in computer-aided drafting (CAD) software

• Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings for model construction

• Familiarity with material specifications and fabrication methods

Qualifications

Mid Level Requirements

• Education: High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 5 years professional experience related to field.

Senior Level Requirements

• Education: High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 10 years professional experience related to field.

Other requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
• Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• This position has an on-site requirement in Panama City Beach, Florida and is not eligible for fully remote candidates at this time.
