Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Manage chronic and acute conditions

- Maintain EHR documentation standards
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active medical license (any U.S. state)
- BLS & ACLS (AHA only)

- Clean background (OIG check)
