Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects from initiation through completion.
- Perform design and analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
- Oversee project financials including budgeting, billing, and invoicing.
- Build and sustain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff.
- Implement and maintain project quality control and project documentation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline (required)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Michigan (required)
