Overview
ATPCO is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in video editing to join our in-house Creative team. This is a hybrid visual role where design meets motion. From translating big-picture ideas into compelling visuals to creating scroll-stopping assets, your work will bring ATPCO’s brand story to life across formats and platforms.
This role requires a conceptual thinker and technical executor with a portfolio that demonstrates fluency in brand design, storytelling, and motion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop on-brand creative assets across digital, video, print, and interactive media—from initial concepts through to polished deliverables.
Lead and execute short-form and long-form video content (e.g., promotional reels, product explainers, social content) using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
Collaborate closely with the Creative & Digital Manager, marketing stakeholders, and subject matter experts to shape creative assets aligned with ATPCO’s brand identity and tone.
Translate written or spoken ideas into powerful visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
Maintain brand consistency across all assets while pushing for creative innovation within established guidelines.
Design assets for presentations, infographics, social media, events, internal communications, and video storyboarding.
Support team operations via project tracking tools like Asana and work within shared systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Digital Asset Management Systems, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years focused on video editing and motion graphics.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Exceptional eye for layout, typography, color, and storytelling in both static and motion design.
Experience adapting design across mediums—print, digital, and video—while understanding platform-specific nuances (e.g., LinkedIn video vs. email GIF).
Experienced in creating Microsoft PowerPoint theme templates and updating layouts.
Solid understanding of branding and marketing principles with the ability to flex visual styles as needed.
Comfort navigating asynchronous feedback cycles, working across time zones, and balancing multiple priorities.
A portfolio showcasing a range of work, including both graphic and video-based design.
Nice to Have
Experience working in B2B tech or enterprise-level brands.
Familiarity with tools like Asana, MediaValet (or similar DAM), Figma, or web-based animation platforms.
Knowledge of airline, travel tech, or pricing data sectors (a plus, not a must).
Our Creative Culture
We are driven by clarity, quality, and curiosity. ATPCO’s brand embodies the Sage archetype: wise, forward-thinking, and approachable. We design with intention—simplifying the complex while delivering with precision. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and we’re always evolving to meet the future of airline retailing.
