Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Entry-Level Civil Engineer – Construction Administration (Water/Wastewater)
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support construction management efforts on water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with contractors, field crews, and design engineers to resolve on-site issues
- Attend construction meetings and assist with RFI/submittal reviews
- Track project progress, document field changes, and contribute to construction reporting
- Serve as a liaison between the design office and job site
Requirements:
Education:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
Experiences:
- 0–5 years of engineering or construction experience (internships included)
- EIT Certification or actively working toward it
Other:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow in water/wastewater infrastructure
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
- $70,000 - $85,000
