Location: Conroe, TX

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process for assigned ED patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while serving as a patient advocate.
- Perform specialized patient care with accountability for safety, comfort, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in Quality Improvement and Service Excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Experience:
- 3+ years of ED/ER experience required.
Other:
- Current Texas RN license (or immediate eligibility).
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
- ACLS certification (required within 90 days of hire).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $38–$49 per hour (based on experience).
- Night shift differential: +$4.50/hr.
- Full benefits package included (health, retirement, etc.).
Schedule:
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (7 PM start).
- Rotating weekends required.
- Work arrangement: On-site (no remote work).
