Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of editing experience are required; familiarity with the test development process is preferred.
Location: Hybrid position in Leawood, Kansas, or fully remote within the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $90,000.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Test Developer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and editing assessments for Ascend Learning. As a Test Developer, you must ensure that each assessment meets the specifications defined by stakeholders while also ensuring product quality and on-time delivery. Coordination across various departments is required to develop content, ensure content validity, communicate progress, and resolve issues. As a Test Developer, you must maintain the company’s internal database and records to create and deliver assessments. The Test Developer is also responsible for beta testing assessments for quality and end-user functionality.
