Skills: Master's degree in nursing, current RN license, expertise in nursing curriculum and accreditation, and proficiency in technology tools for client success operations.
Qualifications: 8+ years nursing industry experience, 5+ years teaching experience in nursing education, and preferably a Doctorate degree and CNE certification.
Location: This is a remote position within the United States with a preference for candidates in the Northeast region, requiring up to 50% business travel.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $85,000 - $120,000.

The Client Success (CS) team is responsible for supporting clients purchasing nursing solutions with product training, implementation, integration, and test preparation delivery to achieve client centric outcomes. The CS team leads the success planning, onboarding, training, SaaS implementation, ongoing proactive and reactive client support, and the delivery of nursing products for Ascend’s nursing brands: ATI, APEA, and NursingCE. The team is accountable for delivering high quality services and subsequently capturing and tracking key business performance indicators to client success including client satisfaction, product adoption and usage, NCLEX pass rate, and institutional and student retention.

You’ll focus on developing and implementation of program management solutions including curriculum accreditation, systematic evaluation plans, clinical site management, and program evaluation to improve client success.

This position will have the flexibility to work remotely within the United States. Candidates living within the Northeast region is preferred. Other locations will be considered within proximity to a major airport for business travel up to 50% of the time.
