- Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches)
- Strong clinical documentation and EHR skills
- Crisis assessment and intervention capability
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma therapy, addiction therapy, solution-focused, psychoeducation)
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, create and sign treatment plans, and obtain consents in a timely manner
- Document all clinical services and maintain clinic records in compliance with contracts, regulatory and legal standards
- Perform crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary case planning and coordination with partner organizations
- Deliver case management to support recovery and community reintegration
- Engage in individual and group supervision, ongoing training, and competency evaluation
Education
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field
- Active, unrestricted state license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Willingness/ability to obtain and maintain Arizona licensure (if not already held)
