We are looking for a First Article Associate (New Product Introduction Technician) to join our team in Phoenix. This individual will be supporting our new and existing clients with their new product needs.
Fully In Office: Monday-Friday
What You'll Be Doing:
Supports key customers by requesting and tracking customer specific requirements and ensuring Arrow internal processes meet the defined customer requirements and under the direction of an engineer creates and develops first article for firmware programming.
Support key account customers by requesting and tracking customer specific requirements and ensuring our internal processes meet the defined CSR.
Acts as account manager for key customer accounts including order entry, tracking, etc.
Under the direction of an engineer, create and develop products/documentation per customers’ technical specifications and by analyzing technical data to determine appropriate setup criteria and project completion.
Adhere to all quality compliance requirements through the execution of duties assigned by Engineering leadership.
Use information gathered in the first article build process to create detailed work instruction to be used on the production floor, including taking photos of all stages.
Provide support to production floor during Pilot runs.

Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Completes work under moderate supervision
Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
Takes a broad perspective on problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
Typically requires a 2-year degree with 2–4 years of experience, or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
