Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of contact for project execution, tracking milestones, metrics, and deliverables
- Engage continuously with customers to identify pain points and potential new projects
- Communicate customer workflows and unmet needs with internal teams to improve software solutions
- Evaluate project timelines and resource requirements, adjusting based on customer feedback
- Lead project pursuits from customer RFQ release and author detailed technical proposals
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields
