Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure invoicing compliance
- Proactively resolve payment discrepancies with customers
- Assist with external audit preparation and responses
- Handle all aspects of customer invoicing and record keeping
- Support revenue recognition per ASC 606 guidelines
- Identify and implement process improvements for close and reporting accuracy
- Contribute to IPO readiness including SOX compliance and documentation
- Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA credential or progress toward CPA preferred
