Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focused on onroad behavior and motion planning.
- Architect and oversee implementation of planning modules integrating perception, prediction, and map data.
- Ensure deployment readiness via testing protocols, validation on production hardware, and real-world evaluation.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to align technical deliverables with autonomy goals.
- Drive software best practices, performance optimization, and continuous improvement in the planning domain.
- Contribute technical leadership to project planning, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, or related engineering field
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field preferred
