Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Technology
Skills
- 7+ years in technical program management, hardware systems engineering, or related project management in relevant industries.
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Systems Engineering or related technical degree.
- Experience with engineering software: Excel, Microsoft Project, MATLAB, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS or similar.
- Contract management and government contract delivery experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to operate in highly regulated environments and follow safety/testing standards.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance and able to travel 25-40% domestically and internationally.
- Fluency in professional Korean preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful program execution to requirements, schedule, and budget.
- Provide contract management support (SOWs, change orders, financials, terms/data rights) and manage customer deliverables.
- Autonomously execute on broad or ambiguous client requirements and act with high ownership.
- Drive technical outcomes through system performance understanding, incident response, after-action, and metrics-driven improvement.
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, risk registers, and change control.
- Translate customer requirements and technical information between English and Korean and provide sequential interpretation during meetings and demos.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers) to deliver hardware programs.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering, systems, or program management (preferred)
