- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in the field and communicate with customers
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and meet deployment medical requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end field and remote support including hardware setup, assembly, and repair.
- Pre-configure systems and integrate them with program infrastructure and customer environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in real time during deployments.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking environments: firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud connectivity.
- Author and maintain training documentation, installation guides, and end-user instructions.
- Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Perform required travel to customer sites (up to 50%) and maintain readiness for field operations.
- Ensure compliance with security, medical, and deployment requirements for supported regions and forces.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance
