- Experience creating test plans, requirements traceability matrices, and system verification artifacts
- Strong technical writing skills for white papers, proposals, and system documentation
- Experience with embedded systems and software defined radios (SDRs)
- Knowledge of wireless standards and RF communications (Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, 3G/4G/5G, SINCGARS, MUOS)
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Warfare systems and related testing
- Ability to balance and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans, maintain requirements traceability, and execute system verification and validation activities
- Author technical documentation, white papers, and proposal content
- Integrate and test embedded devices and software defined radios in EW systems
- Design and evaluate wireless communication performance across standards (Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, 3G/4G/5G, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.)
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and systems teams to deliver end-to-end capabilities
- Plan and support field tests and lab experiments; collect, analyze, and report test data
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities, working both independently and within teams
- Travel to test ranges, partners, or customer sites as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to undergo background checks and clearance processes
