Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies focusing on cost, quality, and supply chain resilience for semiconductors
- Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing processes for semiconductor components
- Manage and negotiate supplier agreements ensuring best pricing and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering and contract manufacturers to influence product and manufacturing specifications
- Perform detailed cost analyses and data-driven supplier selection decisions
- Oversee supplier performance management including delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics
- Provide strong technical direction and lead development of new sourcing technologies
- Manage commercial agreements reflecting project expectations including costs and lead times
- Act as escalation point for semiconductor commodity issues
- Conduct regular technology and supplier performance reviews with executive management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
