Senior RF Integration Engineer, Electronic Warfare
Skills
- Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers
- Comfortable with Linux command line, shell scripting, and debug utilities
- Proficient in Python or MATLAB for data parsing, analysis, and test automation
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience integrating hardware with firmware and embedded software
- Ability and willingness to travel to remote test sites and support field/flight tests
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain one)
- Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain electrical system test strategies and detailed test plans for EW and RF products
- Characterize wireless communication systems and devices through lab and field testing
- Perform integration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF/digital hardware, firmware, embedded and application software
- Analyze failures from integration and system-level testing and drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis
- Facilitate performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing per test plans
- Design, develop, procure, and maintain test equipment and test stands to support readiness
- Support and execute ground and flight field testing and act as liaison during test campaigns
- Automate test procedures and analysis to improve coverage, reproducibility, and repeatability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree in relevant engineering discipline (preferred)
