Responsibilities
- Introduce and socialize the MDP framework to cross-functional stakeholders and programs
- Lead rollout and implementation of MDP for assigned product lines, align milestones to program schedules, and track execution
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate manufacturing readiness and escalate risks
- Facilitate phase-gate evaluations and shape presentation content for cross-functional reviews
- Develop tactical resources, templates, and best practices to drive adoption and standardization
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, supply chain, quality, and program managers to resolve production readiness issues
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred
