Skills
- 7+ years building software products in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on Teamcenter server experience (ITK, BMIDE, SOA, Workflows, Dispatcher, AWC)
- Experience with large enterprise applications and high-availability systems
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic trade-off decision making
- Experience integrating PLM with ERP/MES and other downstream systems
- Database, server management, and performance tuning knowledge
- U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled data
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of developers to design, implement, and maintain PLM customizations and applications
- Develop server-side Teamcenter customizations using ITK, BMIDE, SOA, workflows, Dispatcher and AWC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, operations) to define requirements and deliver integrations
- Implement and maintain integrations between PLM and downstream systems (ERP, MES, etc.)
- Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and runtime PLM issues and support production stability
- Contribute high-quality code and own end-to-end delivery of business-critical projects
- Provide design input, prioritize work, and mentor junior engineers
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
