- Expert DSP implementation for embedded devices and software-defined radios
- Proficient in Python and MATLAB
- Experience with CUDA or GPU-accelerated frameworks (e.g., cuSignal preferred)
- Experience with FPGAs, NVIDIA Jetson platforms, and SDR hardware
- Modeling & simulation of RF systems including RADAR and SAR
- Familiarity with deep learning algorithms and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Understanding of wireless standards (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS)
- Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and field testing
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Guide DSP engineers in trade studies and optimization of signal-processing and ML algorithms for FPGA and GPU deployment
- Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to develop software-defined radios and integrate DSP techniques into firmware and software
- Design and implement algorithms and techniques for RADAR systems (including SAR/ISAR where applicable)
- Develop modeling and simulation code for RADAR techniques, including HIL/SIL testing and data analysis
- Participate in laboratory and field testing of RF systems and techniques
- Drive maturation of RF/EW prototypes into deployable systems and products
- Manage and balance multiple projects and potentially lead a larger program team
Education
- BSEE or related degree required (7+ years experience)
- Masters or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering preferred
