Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Product Operations team supporting deployed Air Defense systems
- Set team objectives, track metrics, and measure progress against quantitative targets
- Triage, diagnose, and perform root cause analysis for product incidents across hardware, software, and networks
- Drive post-mortems and track remediation actions until resolution
- Improve fleet observability and telemetry in partnership with product and engineering teams
- Develop and maintain fleet health reporting and baseline deviation detection
- Interface with internal operations, product, and engineering teams to resolve reliability issues
- Provide proactive communications and execution support for global customers
- Propose process and product improvements based on customer feedback and analytics
- Mentor team members, set goals, and iterate on operational processes and standards
- Support on-call rotations and work non-standard hours when mission requirements dictate
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Eligibility to obtain U.S. security clearance
