- Proven deployment and project management skills for complex field events
- Strong technical troubleshooting and systems configuration experience
- Experience leading technical teams in field or operational environments

- Familiarity with sensors, sensor fusion, and distributed C2 concepts
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) and work in austere or isolated environments
- Clearance eligibility strongly preferred (Secret/TS/SCI)
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute site deployments, installations, test events, demos, and sustainment activities end-to-end
- Lead cross-functional deployment teams across logistics, hardware supply, engineering, and operations to achieve mission success
- Conduct site surveys, pack-outs, installations, system testing, training, and handoffs while documenting outcomes and lessons learned
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships; act as the primary mission liaison and voice of the customer
- Develop deep mission and product expertise to translate customer requirements into configuration and employment recommendations
- Perform field troubleshooting, configuration management, and developmental system testing; escalate and track issues to resolution
- Anticipate contingencies, manage risk, and implement lightweight processes to improve deployment reliability and repeatability
- Provide timely operational feedback to engineering and product teams to drive capability improvements
Education
- Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or related field OR 3-5+ years of relevant technical experience
- Relevant military, defense, or aerospace experience preferred
- Experience with field deployments, test & evaluation, or sustainment operations
