The U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology (USCDT) team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.
American Express is embarking on an exciting transformation on building the next generation customer first ecosystem for democratizing Machine Learning in Amex on the Cloud. This includes building ad deploying reusable AI/ML components to solve unique and challenging business requirements in the space of document and image processing, NLP, Chatbots.
You will be part of an energetic Machine Learning team within Technology, to drive road mapping and a cohesive set of technology and machine learning solutions enabling data and platform transformation, by collaborating across all channel teams and the critical technology platforms that support Colleague and Customer Experiences. Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
