About the Role
Resy is seeking a talented and passionate Sr. Product Manager to join our Consumer Product team. In this role, you will help set the product strategy and drive towards ambitious outcomes for the Resy diner experience. This includes how guests discover, search, book and manage their reservations and events, as well as stay connected to their favorite restaurants. You will identify and validate new opportunities to drive engagement with our end users across web and mobile apps. As a Resy Sr. Consumer PM, you will own and shape core user journeys and drive meaningful impacts to the diner experience and overall company success.
This role is perfect for someone who has an interest in delivering best-in-class consumer product experiences that help bring real innovation to the hospitality industry. This role is highly collaborative, requiring a deep partnership with Product Design,
Engineering, counterpart Product Managers, and various teams across the Resy-Amex ecosystem. You will be joining a talented and energized Product team that embraces iteration, collaboration and analysis to help deliver on our mission of connecting the best diners with the world’s best restaurants to deliver amazing hospitality.
Who You Are
• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role, with consumer product experience required
• Experience working across multiple technology teams to unlock integrated experiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex projects across the entire product lifecycle from inception through to launch
• Grasp of technical concepts and comfort working closely with engineers and product designers
• Collaborative and inclusive approach that values diverse perspectives and helps uncover and address questions and assumptions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along with your thinking
• Team player who takes responsibility for the team’s success and progress
• Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to move fast and make an impact
• Intellectually curious and passionate about product and technology trends
• Highly analytical and bring a bias for data-driven thinking
• Ability to assess risks and evaluate trade-offs to ensure we’re meeting compliance standards in all markets where we operate
• Authentic leader with a desire to contribute to the team and company culture
• Share our love of restaurants and dining out, and want to play a role in helping the dining industry continue to thrive in the face of immense challenges
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with Search products, including working with different retrieval models to deliver a best-in-class and relevant search experience, a plus
• Experience with ML models and latency SLAs a plus
• Experience with running A/B tests and experiments a plus
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
