The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team is responsible for identifying, scoping, planning, and implementing transformational projects for Finance and Controllership. The team supports the delivery of large-scale projects that improve processes, provide efficiency, enhance the control environment, support business growth activities, and implement new technologies. The S&T team is part of the broader Strategic Enablement & Governance (SEG) Team empowering teams to achieve Organizational Excellence through industry leading Governance, Controls, and Innovation.
