Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to design application solutions that meet business needs
- Leverage functional knowledge of Sunrise-related technologies to support development and enhancements
- Gather, analyze, and define detailed business requirements from stakeholders
- Serve as liaison between vendors, internal IS teams, and business users during implementations
- Translate requirements into user story maps, functional specifications, and design documents
- Create and maintain business process workflows and related documentation
- Partner with development teams through build, configuration, and user testing
- Validate implementations against business specifications and quality standards
- Demonstrate new functionality to users and collect feedback for iterative improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Clinical or EHR-related experience preferred
