Skills
- 5+ years growth marketing with lifecycle experience
- Hands-on Iterable (or similar) campaign design and orchestration
- Strong data literacy and analytics (reporting, segmentation, experimentation)
- Experience with attribution and analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, Branch, etc.)
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design
- A/B testing and optimization of lifecycle flows
- Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization techniques
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GTM campaigns that map product value to user needs and align across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- Design and execute lifecycle and in-app communication strategies across email, push, SMS, and product surfaces.
- Build, test, and optimize flows to improve activation, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Partner with Product and Design early to ensure cohesive messaging throughout the user journey.
- Analyze behavioral and engagement data to inform messaging, segmentation, and product decisions.
- Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML techniques to personalize experiences at scale.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent practical experience in growth/lifecycle marketing
