Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to manage client accounts, support daily service operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all service-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Coordinate service requests, schedules, and follow-ups with internal teams

  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and service performance

  • Resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally

  • Prepare reports and updates for internal review and client meetings

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery

  • Support account managers in building strong client relationships

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative support

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
