Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of various internal and client-based projects. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure timelines, budgets, and project goals are met with precision.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, timelines, and deliverables
Schedule and facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and communication logs
Assist in identifying project risks and recommending mitigation strategies
Support communication between departments, vendors, and external partners
Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and deadlines
Monitor resource allocation and assist with budgeting tasks
Track project metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
