Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our San Antonio team. In this role, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing our customer service team to ensure exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing customer service representatives.
Develop training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning initiatives.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement solutions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a training or coaching role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to assess team performance and implement effective training strategies.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or related tools.
